After 48 hours of payment, we send you a shipping notification email with tracking details, you can track your order with the tracking number at our store.
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 2-4 emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice once the item has shipped.
